Emerald did a super job for us. We purchased bamboo flooring for two bedrooms and a staircase. I was especially concerned about how difficult the staircase would be to install. The installer, Vlad, was a true craftsman, and took his time to do a fantastic job- beyond all expectations. What a great experience! Ricardo and Fernando installed our carpet upstairs and downstairs. They were on time, stayed in communication with us, very professional, and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone. My husband and I have had some mediocre experiences with floor installations in homes in the past by other companies, but this experience was top notch. We are going to use them for our bathroom floors too! This company is contracted through Lowe's and we let Lowe's know how happy we were too. The carpet looks amazing! And they left the home spotless!

My husband and I purchased flooring to install ourselves. Very quickly we realized it was a bad idea. Emerald installation came to the rescue. We dealt with Eric and Alex and they were amazing. Love this company! Everyone was so helpful from start to finish. I scheduled to have carpet done through Lowe's... BIG MISTAKE but I agreed to go forward with measurement scheduled by Lowe's and fingured I could just write down the total of carpet I needed and go with a different company but when Lowe's sent Emerald Installation it totally changed my mind. Their Rep. Byron was pleasant, helpful and so informative. He worked had to make sure my difficult carpet job would be done on time along with all the office staff. With us moving during the holidays they have been the one thing that went smoothly and I appreciate that. Lori, Rochelle and all the office staff are so great. The carpet installers were fast and do great work. Will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them all your flooring needs.

After interviewing several companies/people in regards to installing flooring in my laundry room, EMERALD INSTALLATION was the best from the very start. They took their time measuring, assessing, and coming up with a great design based on what I wanted done. In addition, when it came for installing the floor, he was very patient when I had to interrupt several times taking multiple dogs in/out through the laundry for potty breaks, and even a pot belly pig named TOBY. The flooring quality, color, and durability has been outstanding thus far with the high traffic of animals coming and going through the space. “Good morning this is Abigail, how can I make your day better?” Is how the phone was answered and the words were not empty. She meant them. I needed grout for some hand made tiles and Abigail not only provided great service, she went above and beyond. By proactively sharing a list of their available grout’s and caulks to having the colors with the best prospects for a match brought from their separate warehouse to the store to save time. And when it turned out the best match was not one of their colors but a color I could purchase at a big box, she sent me the isle and bay location information for that product in a text message after confirming they had good stock for my project. I have to have carpet installed very soon. Emerald installation will get my business.

We went to Emerald Installation for new carpet and laminate flooring based on their 5 star reviews and boy those reviews were right. They are fantastic!! We shopped around and were under whelmed by other places. A competitor's estimate stated that carpet seams will show! Natasha assured us that the would not happen with Emerald and she was right. Everyone there was kind and patient with us as we took awhile to figure out what we wanted. They went to extreme lengths to make sure we were happy. A lot of companies talk about their values. I am so impressed with the job Emerald did for us recarpeting our home in Port Townsend. Everything from the estimating process to the installation and final cleanup was extremely professional...and the price was VERY competitive! From start to end the team members I interacted with, Christian and Rachel, were fantastic to work with. They were communicative, accommodating, and flexible. we had a minor issue with a contractor they used but they immediately apologized and went above and beyond to fix it at their expense. They even made additional minor upgrades/improvements at their cost. When we needed additional work to be done they were upfront about costs and timeframes. I would highly recommend them for any flooring projects you may have!

Emerald Installation in Poulsbo is absolutely the best!! We had a challenging request for custom carpet stair treads for a stairway that include a split landing, as well as several large area rugs. We had two other carpet installation companies come out to provide an estimate and either heard nothing back from them or received a ridiculously high estimate that made no sense (e.g., an estimated 8 square feet of carpet for a 3 square foot stair tread). Alexander’s estimate was completely reasonable and thoughtful, and Abigail and Natasha were a joy to work with. The office crew were helpful in selecting the right binding color for the carpet and facilitating delivery of the carpet that we had ordered online from a supplier in Georgia to their showroom. They even provided pictures of the delivered carpet to put our minds at ease that the right carpet had arrived. Regarding installation, we could not have asked for a better finished product! Alexander put in some long hours to make sure that we were satisfied, and we definitely are! It’s rare to find a company so committed to customer satisfaction.
