Meet our CEO
Recently nominated in the Kitsap Sun's "20 under 40" competition, honoring "emerging leaders and achievers in the community," Alexander Rodenko has been working in the flooring industry for over a decade. Immigrating to the US in 2004, Emerald Installation was created in a closet-turned office under it's previous name, "Luba's Floorcovering." Alexander took full ownership of the business in 2013, and it has continued to grow ever since.
As an independent business owner, Alexander understands the importance of supporting his community and other small businesses. The company makes a concerted effort to buy products through locally owned businesses and shops. Alexander donates to the local YMCA, and volunteers at Central Kitsap High School. He is also an advocate for environmental sustainability - the company uses priuse vehicles, recycles old carpet pads, and has recently converted to a paperless record-keeping system.
A father of two, Alexander understands the value of family, and treats his employees as such. He has funded education in order to open new opportunities for his staff members, and personally oversees his installers to ensure they excel in their craft and provide the highest quality work.
Under his leadership, Emerald Installation has grown into one of the largest installation logistics companies in the Puget Sound. Alexander's vision for the company and his dedication to his employees have shaped Emerald Installation into the principled business it is today.
