We maintain a high frequency in communication with our installers and estimators requesting that we take additional time when scheduling an appointment. We will set expectations with the customers, installers, and estimators that if they or someone they live with is showing any signs of illness, to call and we would be happy to reschedule them for a later time.
We continue to share information with the Emerald team on the best ways to keep themselves and their families safe and healthy. To help prevent the spread of Covid-19, we're encouraging sick leave for anyone who is experiencing any symptoms of illness.
Emerald is still up and running all services as usual as constantly changing circumstances allow delivering peace of mind to our customers, installers, partners, and employees.
