From start to end the team members I interacted with, Christian and Rachel, were fantastic to work with. They were communicative, accommodating, and flexible. we had a minor issue with a contractor they used but they immediately apologized and went above and beyond to fix it at their expense. They even made additional minor upgrades/improvements at their cost. When we needed additional work to be done they were upfront about costs and timeframes. I would highly recommend them for any flooring projects you may have!
